Skills, because once you have clear logics and understanding you can work perfectly, most of formal education dosent prepare us for the real market, whats all in books is totally different whats going in the market.

I cant work dishonestly, I work with all my heart and work till there is respect n confidence, I am responsible for the task am given to, weather I have to work day and night, will finish my task in deadlines

I am very very honest and hardworking, I work as its my own company and always in favour and support my company's interest and I as loyal as anyone can be , its in my nature, but once my trust shattered then I cant work anymore, cause I cant work half heartedly
