Both are important as one uses the skills much better if there is a strong academic background Describe the benefits of working with others In my case Surgery is a teamwork and a surgeon works best when he is part of a professional team Describe the benefits of working alone In my speciality it is hard to work alone What was your worst working experience? Recently we have been dealing lot of mass casualities due to bomb blasts.I think during my long surgical career seeing this misery on a large scale was my worst experience.
