Formal Education first and skill next. What the mind does not know the eyes does not see. The skill is enriched with exposure and opportunity.

Team work is essential. A multidisciplinary management approach yields better results.

The Field of Radiation Oncology is growing by leaps and bounds every day, mind boggling advances in technology (both in basic sciences and molecular / technical therapeutics)are being made available for our cancer patients. being able to deliver the state of the art treatment has made the field most interesting
