At the moment i am unemployed

What fields have you worked in before?

Front Office, Guest Relation, House keeping and Guest Transport Co-Ordination

What qualifications do you hold?

I have work in many resorts in Maldives within 6yrs of time. All i have is certificates from the resort that i had worked. Therefore, I have only working experience in different field that i have mention earlier.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider both formal education and skills are valuable to achieve the best level in working environment. Formal education help to gather more information depending on the place or environment that we are working in and skills helps to improve or achieve higher goals.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working in a team is great for motivation and ideas. Helps to build relationship and knowledge

Describe the benefits of working alone

You can put full concentration without any disturbance to your work. Take your won time to finish your work with your own speed.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience would be when the time of tsunami in Meeru Island Resort

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Never assume anything, be confident and passion

What unique skills do you have?

Easy to be friendly with me. Easy to work to gather and impossible to make me angry

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

To become a progressive person who can take responsibilities in the nearby future.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The expectation of the guest

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Their are no least interesting aspects in my field because all what happens during my time of work is very important. I believe that every minute or a second has its own value and have to make it best use of it.

What does guest satisfaction mean to you?

Each guest deserves the very best, and providing them the best of service that can give leads to guest satisfaction. People say we cannot satisfy all the guest but i would say at least we can try our best to do so.
