Formal education or skills and why? Skill, because better to get a job where you're good at rather than forcing into something that you're not. Describe the benefits of working with others one brain is good but if it's more will be greater. So if we work with others, definitely we're able to find & solve things easier. Describe the benefits of working alone the only benefits we get of working alone is only we are able concentrate a lot more. However, we may not get a chance to have options or discussions on certain cases/work problem.
