I am looking out for a job where I can help Malaysians and Indians together.

Indian

English -proficient Tamil- Speaking and understanding

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Malaysia

What countries have you worked in?

Malaysia

Malaysia - Up until February 2009

What field do you currently work in?

Medical Transcription-BPO

What fields have you worked in before?

BPO, Sales and Marketing

What qualifications do you hold?

Bachelor in Arts-Sociology

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I would consider more valuable as Skills with a formal education, because you cannot have too many Engineers and Doctors in one house.

Describe the benefits of working with others

1. Helps in understanding a new work culture. 2. Helps in communicating and exchanging skills. 3. Helps in improving one's skills by seeing others at their best.

Describe the benefits of working alone

By working alone one can himself/herself to plan systematically for the goal.

What was your worst working experience?

Nil-I have never considered any work as a worst working experience as I believe in "Work is worship". There are pros and cons in every job, it is up to an individual to handle the pros and cons as per his/her skills.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

It is not what the career will take you at the end of the day, but what I can contribute to take my career ahead is more important.

What unique skills do you have?

I am a team maker, a motivator and any work given to me would be undertaken honestly and sincerely and will do my best to take up new challenges.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

I do not have a dream job because I face reality.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Helps in improving listening skills. A challenge of listening to an individual whom I have not seen but just relying on his voice and converting what he says in a word document.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I have not found anything least interesting.

What is my plan to say goodbye to recession?

My plan to say goodbye to recession is to work hard more on what I am currently working on by giving extra hours and reap the harvest of my hardwork later.

For example a recognised potter can say goodbye to recession by just increasing his production and reducing his pot's price by 10% and earn more by selling more pots.

How can potential employers contact you?

You can contact me in the following id's avibaba_2006@yahoo.com avibaba7@gmail.com pillai.avinash@hotmail.com
