Front Office Assistant Responsibilities• Provide warm and professional guest services and handles all customer requests • Handling all check-in and check-out guests • Ensure all guests receives personalized service • Provide concierge service and coordinate efficiently within all concerned departments • Respond immediately and efficiently on all guests needs and meet their expectations • Receiving all incoming calls/faxes/e-mails and take action accordingly • Ensure all mode of payment followed properly • Ensure to all deposits and payments collected properly from guests • Strong coordination with Housekeeping and Stores • To perform any other duties and functions as and when assigned by the superior Requirements • Posses SPM/SPTM/Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or other equivalent requirement • Working Experience at Hotel Industry / Front Office Department will be an advantage • Positive work attitude, pleasant appearance and personality, confident and friendly • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, knowing other languages will be an advantage • Fresh Graduates/Entry Level Candidates are encouraged to apply • Willing to work in shifts and Long Hours • Preference will be given who can join immediately • Computer Savvy • Accommodation provided for outstation candidate |
