Both are required as some companies needs paper qualification for their HR salary scales adjustment and tender submission and skills follow.

We get to know others closer in terms of their behaviour, attitute, character, and the most important is how to adjust oneself as a team not an individual

Self independent, full satisfaction and glory, work achievement is not shared with others giving more changes of being recognize or promoted or salary increment 100% work satisfaction and can work within your own pace with less pressure.
What was your worst working experience?
Being bacl-stabbed, "make used-of" to achieve someone else promotion then got kicked out/fired after all work/project are completed without given any salay or compensation.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Always take credit for the hard work you have done and always stand for it. Never let anyone misuse your capability.
What unique skills do you have?
Interact with all levels of people regardless of race, religion or background. Turns negative things into positive to boorst the energy. Able to work under pressure and to compelete work before dateline.

To be one of the few successful Lady HSE Manager/Officer

How some people tend to forget that their safety and welbeing is above all. Learing new things everyday.
