My worse working experience was when i worked very hard in preparing for an oil vetting audit but still there was an observation about a minor job which could have been avoided by my junior had he rectified the fault as i told him. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? when you delegate a job to some junior,keep a tab on it until it is completed to your satisfaction.
