MBBS, MD (Ophthalmologist), Trained phacoemulsification surgeon Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both, because if have knowledge you can implement it well practically Describe the benefits of working with others We learn alot, and get guidance Describe the benefits of working alone You would get confidence, and you will find out your strengths and weaknesses. What was your worst working experience? None that i can write, What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Treat all the patients in a similar way thinkig that you are treating your mother. What unique skills do you have? I have already worked as a hospital director, and still running same hospital, I am quite young. Done more than 8000 intraocular surgeries. Competant in teaching and learning programme. Worked as a teacher for post graduate students both academically as well as practically. Confident and calm. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? As an Ophthalmologist working with a high reputation. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I like vitreoretina alot then oculoplastics, besides anterior segment work in Ophthalmology.
