Both, because if have knowledge you can implement it well practically

Treat all the patients in a similar way thinkig that you are treating your mother.
What unique skills do you have?
I have already worked as a hospital director, and still running same hospital, I am quite young. Done more than 8000 intraocular surgeries. Competant in teaching and learning programme. Worked as a teacher for post graduate students both academically as well as practically. Confident and calm.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
As an Ophthalmologist working with a high reputation.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
I like vitreoretina alot then oculoplastics, besides anterior segment work in Ophthalmology.
