Both. Degree and practical trainig helps to know the subject , applications ,its complications and management . skills help to execute education in the best possible way! Skill combined with sound knowledge give excellence in job!

What was your worst working experience?
Machine failure in Operatiion theatre with no technical help except myself with most apprehensive patient. had to 1stly calm down the patient, 2ndly fix up the problem, redo the operation. Fortunately although time consuming and stressfull the outcome was good!
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Be honest and sincere in your work, it will sustain you in the worst time

easily communicating with people, easily adjusting to new situation,always ready to learn and accept the new.

good salaried, heavy work with the advanced technology , with independence to do new and updated work in a suitable country.

Regular updating in surgery and treatment modalities Specially Phaco, oculoplastics, medical retina,medical ophthalmology
