Both, but skills play a much more important role. I always follow this line closely "practice what u preach"

Describe the benefits of working with others

Its a great oppurtunity to learn. Working with others gives an oppurtunity to for me to learn the style, attitude and passion of another person in the same work that i do. It opens more channels of understanding and knowledge flow for me to execute my work more efficiently or its better to say pasionately.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone, gives me a great oppurtunity to focus on the work that i am doing with no distraction. It gives me some level peace, but i would still prefer to work together with another person.

What was your worst working experience?

The worst working experience i had was at a club that i worked rite after highschool. It was a wrong place for a teenager. I hated that place and all the things that people did there which had no basic morale at all. Each day i had to face people who just stil there and perform illicit and barbaric behaviour. I am not against clubbers but there has to be a limit when one enjoys him/her-self.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

People and trust. We must learn to trust the right person and always put urself in another persons shoes before makeing a decition.

What unique skills do you have?

Microsoft Office, C Programming, C++ and Java. I believe I have good management skills and have been given the task to manage my team's stats and performance by my superior. I have also at times been called upon to manage the Service Level on the floor at certain times. Time Management - Duties and task which are given to me outside of my job scope, these jobs and task are completed during my working hours. I have good problem solving skills and have been looked upon and depended on my peers and superiors to solve problems. Knowing the value of my contributions to the company, I have taken steps to demonstrate a high level of commitment in my performance. Volunteered to stay back after working hours to finish up email back logs Volunteered to manage the Nokia futsal team. Remain flexible to scheduling in accordance to operational needs e.g. willing to report back to work while on AL when requested by Team Leaders Actively participate in and contribute to events organized on both project as well as company wide scale.
