im due to finish my mental health nursing diploma in march 10. would like to move to malaysia and start my career.

Malaysia as my partner has been offered a job position there. and i feel that moving abroad is great oppertunity for me and my family

england as a nursing assistant for 6 years then been at uni since then.

nearly finished my nursing dip mental health at northumbria university.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
both. i feel that education is very important as you need knowledge to underpin your practice but i feel experience is as important to grow in confidence and you need to put your knowledge to practice. my yours as a nursing assistant helped me to interact and communicate well with patients/familys and other members of the MDT.

Working as part of a team helps you to take other peoples opions and suggestings into account. Having other people to work with and share reasponibilty.

Being able to manage ypur time effectively and being your own boss in a way that you can do what you feel is the best option.
What was your worst working experience?
not being listen to when i felt that my opion was or should have taking into account.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
that the patient and there familys should come first that patient care delivary is the up most importance.`
What unique skills do you have?
i feel i can communicate very well and that i also listen very well. Taking other people feeling and opions into account.

Being a manager of a community mental health team.

People i love to interact and help people.

being able to help people anfd the way they feel and think. careing for the mentaly ill patient.`
where do you see yourself in ten years time.
i feel that i will be experienced enough to have a more challanging job. being able to have more input in care delivary/policys and procedures.
