Formal education or skills and why? both are valuable unless we have current knowledge been updated from day to day life ,we can never produce any skills when the knowledge about the particular feild is nill, we need all side by side. Describe the benefits of working with others establishing proper communication skills,adjustments,sharing ideas and knowledge.helping tendency in times of emergency. Describe the benefits of working alone plan well before starting the job,talking is less,only concentrating on work and treatment.tension less. What was your worst working experience? when iam not busy. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? talk less work more ,choose people who are upto the standards of nursing ,not to have collegue who have no knowledge but just work for eye wash,try to avoid such environment to make ourself more comfortable in our work,with a peaceful environment.
