Describe the benefits of working with others By working with others i.e. in a group, one can learn many things from others. Work does not become monotoneous. By discussing with others, one can become diverscent in thinking. By interactions, a person can develop himself in a better manner. Describe the benefits of working alone By working alone, self confidence and self-respect increases. There wont be much confusion provided a person is clear with his own ideas.
