Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Actually both go hand in hand. Skills get more fine with education. Good education can be earned with skills. Describe the benefits of working with others By working with others i.e. in a group, one can learn many things from others. Work does not become monotoneous. By discussing with others, one can become diverscent in thinking. By interactions, a person can develop himself in a better manner. Describe the benefits of working alone By working alone, self confidence and self-respect increases. There wont be much confusion provided a person is clear with his own ideas.
