I am looking for academic job in the subject of Pharmacognosy (Herbal drug technology) I have just submitted my PhD (Pharm. Sci)my area of specialization is Pharmacognosy and more specifically Ethanobotanical screening and standardization. I have 4 year experience at UG and PG level teaching.

I consider both are equaly importants because formal education is base and skills are ideas based on.

many heads many ideas. if you are positive towards all team members, you can achieve great solutions for hardest problems very easy.

team work has more benefits, but isolation may keep every thing secret.
What was your worst working experience?
some time difficult to handle.

there is no shortcuts for success except hard work.
