Skills - Because its achieved from physical experience and formal education can be by becoming a bokworm where as practical knowledge counts a lot. So according to me skills are more valuable and even education is more valuable as without it u wont have skills some knowledge is to be aquired y reading books only. like for instance some things won't work out without formulas
