i hate discouraging of others n dirty politics which were going now a days in the company N please dont think that trainees doesnot have skills n knowledge N please hear what they are saying they will have always fresh ideas compared to the seniors n encourage them

Doing hard work is not the only one but we should have smartness then only we can handle anytype of situations
