What field do you currently work in? My field of work is consultation and service provider to government and private organisation. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked in medical field in Malaysia and warehouse operations in Belfast. What qualifications do you hold? I hold a bachelors degree in medicine. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills education more important than formal education because so far skills education have kept me and associates alive and well. Describe the benefits of working with others It is beneficial if we work with other associates as a team to achieve the objective given by our main contractors because it will improve efficiency, increase cost-effectiveness and promote good esprit de corps among operators in the field. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone in a high risk environment is only beneficial if the objective is to gather intelligence and/or neutralizing high value targets without committing large amounts of resources in that particular theater of operations. What was your worst working experience? My worst experience is when my former employer decided to hang me out to dry to cover gross incompetence of other associates. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson throughout my career is that only determination and improvisation will help you survive through any terrible odds encountered in the field. What unique skills do you have? Skills which are unique to me are as follows; infiltration, pacification and exfiltration with minimal cost and political backlash. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to be one of the business associates of Erik Dean Prince. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspect of my field is the how i handle myself and other associates in demanding situations. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting aspects of my field is the problem with operational leaders micromanaging and interfering with low level command decisions on the ground. What can my future employers offer me?
