Through surfing the Net I came to know about this post. I would like to offer my services in your institute in the field of Yoga, Meditation and Sports. I passed Bachelor degree in Physical Education and Sports Science followed by Master Degree in Yoga from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. I have also done Ph.D in Yoga from same university. I have eight years experience as a Sports teacher and Yoga ,teacher. At present I am working in a 1200 bedded super specialty cardiac surgery hospital in Northern India as a Yoga Consultant. I give yoga therapy to the patients of cardiac and psychiatric patients and results are dynamic.

In modern world Yoga is playing a key role in the field of medical sciences and sports sciences. Not only it keeps our body fit but also makes a person stress free through some simple but effective exercises and relaxation techniques. Technique of Pranaym is an exact science. It is the fourth limb of Ashtanga Yoga – “Regulation of the breathing or the control of Prana (breath) is the stoppage of inhale and exhale”. I did research work in cardiac patients and within three months I found that cholesterol , BP and sugar were in control by Pranic healing. Uric acid has also controlled with the practice of Asanas and Pranayms.I have present 2 papers in International psyco-yoga therapy conference Nov-27to29 ,2005 at Haridwar ,INDIA.My topic of first papar was "EFFECT OFF PRANAYAMA ON HEAMODYNMIC IN CARDIAC SURGERY PATIENTS" and the another was "EFFECT OFF SAVASANA AND PRANAYAMA ON CARDIC PATIENTS".Result is significant in both the studies, First papar was also presented in National Yoga and Naturopathy conference at Dharamasthala Karanataka,India from 10-12,Nov.2005.
