Formal Education gives us the Subject knowledge but Skills based education make us perfect to fit for any situation. So we need both. Describe the benefits of working with others If we work with others then our knowledge will be shared and gain. Describe the benefits of working alone Alone working may be suitable to those who thinks about their self interest only and do not want to share with others. What was your worst working experience? During 2004 I worked with a department head who was harassing me like any thing. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Through out my career I came to know that people should be strong in his subject knowledge, well behavior,broad minded, honest and hard worker. What unique skills do you have? I love the students and give them freedom to express first then I go for lesson. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I dream only to be good computer science teacher in a good school. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Most interesting aspects of my field is to be a good programmer. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
