Formal education or skills and why? Skills,becuase the experience makes a person perfect and it could be a help someone else to learn. Describe the benefits of working with others learn to be a team player,share the ideas also it will be good way to get collective, knowladge sharing. Describe the benefits of working alone There's not much benifit of working alone but certain areas it can be workable and it will always be better to work as a team. What was your worst working experience? When giving production sample approval to the suppliers, have to gone through with all the details. But in one style I missed fabric fiber com in care lable. It was cought by coustemer in UK and it supporced to RTM.But due to my corrective action plan it's turn to re processing clame. Because of my konweledge suppler save lot money for that clame. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? As I mentioned in above that is what I learnt a good lesson about the care instructions and fiber com. After this happen, I made a preventive action to avoid this kind of mistakes.(have improve inspection methords at factories and also in my end) What unique skills do you have? understanding any pattern / quality and ytechnical related issues by looking at garments, ability to sew on any sewing machine type. Good knowladge on attachments / folders / sewing jigs etc. 30 yeras continouse experince in the trade. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? to be a garment technical consultant.
