Advanced diploma from Addis Ababa University,electrical installation licence from Ethiopian electric power corporation, 3rd grade driving licence, basic computer knowledges like ms word,excel, access, ms project, autocad. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i consider formal education more valuable than skills. Because it serves as theoretical foundation for skills.When I say this i am not saying that skill doesnt matter because Perfection is a matter of being skilled.
