Formal education can provide a backdrop for developing skills. just learning skills may not be enough...education may provide wisdom to utilize those skills in the right context...and keep enhancing your skills Describe the benefits of working with others tea work brings in synergy and a lot of complimenting skills whaich canbenefit a particular task much. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? A lot of environment is not within your control..what is in your control is your response to the external. What unique skills do you have? I am good with childern and adults. I use outdoors as a means of learning like trekking, rappelling etc to addresws various sooft skills. I also use Psychometric instruments in isolation or in tandem with the outdoors to help participants understand their behavioral styles. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A beach city...doing what i am passionate about as mentioned earlier...training and psychology... What are the most interesting aspects of your field? people learn through their own experience. It is not a teacher taught methodology. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? being out in the sun the whole day and still be pysicaly and mentallly alert to observe data. what is the motivation level in coming to a far off place and taking up job i have worked enough in India..now there is time to expand my horizon and explore and in the bargain get richer in experience and strength.
