I want a job in Maldives because this is a very beautiful country and I want to spend few years in this country What countries have you worked in? I am working as HR Officer in an Engineering Consultancy Firm. What fields have you worked in before? Since July 2000 I have been working in HR & Admin Department of different Textiles companies What qualifications do you hold? My MBA in Human Resource Management is in progress through distance learning program. I have completed Graduation in English Literature and Journalism I have completed one year diploma program in Human Resource Management Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? According to my opinion skills are more important as well as formal education. Because when I joined my first company as HR clerk I did not have any related education but because of my learning skills today I am working as HR Officer in a multi-national company. However, I continued my education along with my career and in future I will complete my MBA. Therefore, the conclusion is that you should have a good working skill than you can make your professional career more brighten.Formal education is just the key of entrance in any career.
