Correctional setting and engage in rehabilitation of victims of different kind of abuses.I work in Government setting. What fields have you worked in before? I HAVE 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS FACULTY IN SOCIAL WORK DEPARTMENT AND 2 1/2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A OFFICIAL WORKING IN THE FIELD OF REHABILITATION OF VICTIMS OF DIFFERENT KIND OF ABUSES,EX CONVICTS,JUVENILE OFFENDERS ETC. What qualifications do you hold? Masters degree in Social work, AND Degree in LAW Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think formal education is the root and skill is the tree .A Tree which do not posses healthy root can not grow properly. A grownup tree having proper roots can provide good fruits .SO both are complementary. Describe the benefits of working with others I think it will enrich our knowledge,skill and ability.Each day we will get opportunity to learn a new fact. which will be useful for us and the society a among whom we are serving. Describe the benefits of working alone i prefer working with others. Working alone will give us an opportunity to be more responsible,and will cultivate an holistic approach but we will not get opportunity to learn from our colleagues. What was your worst working experience? The complected procedures in the established system prevent us from being more practical and dynamic. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Each person has a soft side in his personality. if we work hard we can make use of these aspects for re channelizing their energy for bringing them in to the mainstream of the society.our sincere effort will be rewarded. SOME TIMES i feel less dignity due to the attitude and non cooperation of the officials in the other settings whose services are utilized by the whole society.
