I have been Chef de Cuisine in San Francisco at a restaurant named Bacar for the past four years and my girlfriend has been working as a concierge at the W Hotel in San Francisco for the past year. Hi all :)

My advice to you (if youre looking for jobs in the maldives related to the hospitality industry) is to contact resorts directly. Alsp, recent legislation has changed how we hire foreigners, and means that any maldivian wanting to hire a foreigner needs to go through an agency (there are several in Male'). So write directly to the company you wish to work for, and they'll point you in the right direction!
