Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? skills i learned a lot on the job and you learn it faster. Describe the benefits of working with others i like to work with others you learn from each other. i never had a problem working with others they like me always. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone you can concentrate better.but as a rigger you cant work alone.its not responsible. What was your worst working experience? well the first time i climbed in a tower and it was a 120meter tower a was scarad but now its chicken feet i love my job as rigger.
