What qualifications do you hold? I have 8 GCSEs and 2 A-Levels all C and above. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills because they can aid you better at an hands on job. Describe the benefits of working with others working in an team is great because once a bond is formed you are willing to do anything for each other which makes shifts easyier to do and more enjoyable. Describe the benefits of working alone being able to get your head down and just get the job done. What was your worst working experience? never had one. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? that the customer is important, you have to give them time and make them relise you care. What unique skills do you have? am fast behind a bar and can be cheery and polite. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? just being out there and doing it.
