What qualifications do you hold? I have 8 GCSEs and 2 A-Levels all C and above. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills because they can aid you better at an hands on job. Describe the benefits of working with others working in an team is great because once a bond is formed you are willing to do anything for each other which makes shifts easyier to do and more enjoyable. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? that the customer is important, you have to give them time and make them relise you care.
