job in Malta

What type of job are you looking for?

I am studing Economy, but I wish to get experience in real estate agency, becouse I wish to open one by my self, one day.

What nationality are you?

Polish

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English- very good Italian- basic ( but still study very hard, my fiance is Italian)

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Malta- I have moved there from England because I thought I will find there a good job but the main reason is that my fiance have a permament job there and we are saving money together to have a better life an future.

What countries have you worked in?

England (I start there my adult life, I never work in Poland- just a summer jobs)

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Poland is in EU, so I don't have any problems.

What field do you currently work in?

I'm a student (economy).

What fields have you worked in before?

Manager and supervisor ( french restourant in England for 2 years, in very big company "Tragus" )

What qualifications do you hold?

Student, Manager.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both!!! I have moved to England after I get my secondary school certificate. Without no one help I found a job, flat, frinds. Then I started university. Without this experiens I would never know what to do in life. And I know that without education I will not go farther!! But I really want!! I want to learn new things, get exeprience, satisfy my ambitions!

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working in a restourant as a waitress and then as a manager teach me that it is not important in what position you are at the moment, the most important is the good contact with the group, becouse people forget about this when they get farther! People working together have more ideas, and they stronger. But we have to remember that the lider is very important to.

Describe the benefits of working alone

No comunication problems with fellow-workers. Decision are made quicker, and it can cost less cos you don't have to pay other people to help you ( if we talk about big comany, and every new derector or manager is getting a high salary- we are saving money of the company). You don't have to prove which idea is the good one. Promblems can be resolve quicker( just in your head ). Sometimes if you work in a group it can be sabotage by one person so it's more difficult to work with the others.

What was your worst working experience?

Working with the person who did't respect me becouse I was younger but with higher position.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

I have to work hard to get somewhere.

What unique skills do you have?

Cominication skills. Dealing with difficult and new sytuation (it's natural). Language skills: English, Italian, Polish. Life experience.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Working in a big companies like Nike or Google,in the position where important decisions are taken or having my own bisnes like real estate agency.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Continuously developing the potential.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Difficult decisions.

How long you will stay in Malta?

Permamently, but I need two times a year 2 weeks holiday becouse of my studies.

How can potential employers contact you?

From 10 of March I am again in Malta. My Polish number is (0048) 724010554. Maltis number is 99083223. E-mail: juliettaciesielska@onet.pl
