Both of them are important but for me, skills are the best way for everything, the practical in a reality situation is the most efficient. The first example which come up to me is to learn a foreign language, the best way is to go abroad to practice it instead of to stay in our country and lern it from a teacher i think. We can expand this example to work in a company.

Describe the benefits of working with others

We are more efficient when we are several and in a company we can help each other like that. For me, everyone one is good in something and can teach it to the others and vice versa. Everyone share his own point of vieww to get the best idea for a project for example.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone involves to work in autonomy, so we are more free to do what we think.

For me, all experiences are rewarding but my worst one was as manpower in building sector. It was quite hard because i was 17, I had to carry lot of very heavy things all days and i was 17 so not use to do that ofently.
