Base in my experience Skills is more valuable than formal education because nowadays specially in abroad skilled workers are more in demands than professinals. And also we can learn to others by telling us our mistakes and helping us correcting them vice versa. My worst working experienced was the when one of my customer cheated me and take money from me being kind sometimes is not advisable. Alertness is needed.
