In my opinion education is more important because an educated person can know better about the every aspect of his/her work. He/ She can enhance his/ her interest also in his/ her work. Because he/ she knows the future of his/ her work. But only a skilled worker is forced to work because this is his/ her work and he/ she has to earn to withstand. But working with a skilled person is also very good way to grow because there is combination of education, skill and experience. Describe the benefits of working with others It leads towards the creativity of work, exposes new way to solve the problem and also train the new human resources to utilise his/ her maximum man/woman power. Describe the benefits of working alone In alone situation, you have more power & time to take the ownership of work togherwith to expose your creativity. What was your worst working experience? In my prior job, when i met my 1st customer. He suddenly burst- out on me because my prior employee on my post has made so many faults and the customer was so angry on him. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? 1. Don't afraid in adverse situation becouse it ultimately spoils your goal. 2. Always try to lead your work on priority base. 3. Do your work honestly on proper time. 4. Always forward your clear message to your superior to control your initiative risk. 5. A Good learning environment with more exposure on every aspect of my work. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? This is a very interesing field where you get the chance to live practcally like the local people. You have the chance to know more about the local practices and his unique creativity in agriculture. Above all, you have self satisfation that you are doing some thing BEST for the humanity and society. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
