I am an H.S.C holder,i have already completed a course of IC3 and another one of Banking Operations and Management and i am currentlyu doing a course of ACCA on a part-time basis. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think both are essentiel because formal education makes someone strong academically and skills makes one strong professionally, so a mizture of both would help in doing the job greatly.
