Many Indian nationals are staying there for years and years. 4. Many Indian festivals are also celebrating. and finally 5. Country is very safe. What countries have you worked in? Only in India. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Still I do not have my any Pass-port. What field do you currently work in? Presently working with a renowned builders & developers in a construction company as a Computer Operator at Kolhapur, State Maharashtra in India. What fields have you worked in before? In the past I was working in Reserve Bank of India for last 27 years and in the year 2002 taken Voluntary Retirement, i.e. (V.R.S.). In our Country it is Banker's bank. After that I was working with a lawyer for 1 year. What qualifications do you hold? I have passed S.S.C. only. No graduation. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Computer typing. Describe the benefits of working with others I don't think it is any special benefits because after all this as good as service. So working with any other it will be paid worker. Of course if the company is Pvt.Ltd. or bank is in good shape then the employee will get the benefit of Provident Fund, Gratuity, some other allowances, medical facilities, leave facilities, etc. Describe the benefits of working alone Benefit of working alone, i.e. if u work at home then u can work at ur convenience, but u will not get the benefits which I have abovementioned para. What was your worst working experience? Still not that much in my life. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? If u get the job in a very good shape of company or in a bank or like that, then u should never resign from the job till ur retirement age. What unique skills do you have?
