Divisional Manager-Risk services Division Aon Zambia Limited is seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Divisional Manager within its Non-Life Division in Lusaka , Zambia .Reporting to the Managing Director, this position entails acquisition of new business and managing a team responsible for servicing the non-life insurance requirements of a portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate highly developed leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills in addition to having a strong technical non-life insurance grounding. The ideal candidate for this position would have completed or made significant progress towards the Chartered Insurance Institute Advanced Diploma (A.C.I.I.) or its equivalent. A minimum of a total of seven years’ relevant experience in the insurance industry with three years’ experience in a similar managerial position is required. New business development will be a specific requirement for this position, therefore suitable experience in this area is required. Preference will be given to the candidate who has similar experience in India and speak fluent Hindi.
