Formal education or skills and why? Both of them of them as a person need both of them to have a better and easier life. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in group is better as it helps you to get more ideas and experiences when you are doing something together... working alone is not bad but you won't be able to acquire the same quantity of knowledge while working on the same thing alone.
