Formal education or skills and why? Basically, both are essential. Skills are much more important as only formal education is not sufficient for an individual to work, but with skills, the work can be done! Describe the benefits of working with others Its motivating and relaxant to work with colleagues. One doesn't really feel the burden and pressure of work. Moreover, one gets to make new friends and get to know new people. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can be good as there will be no one to disturb or distract attention from work. Always work hard and with determination, success will come towards you. What unique skills do you have? Well, i cant really say that its unique, but its rare.
