Human Resource Executive (Assistant Human Resources Manager) • Assigned to a directorate – Provide routine Human Resources information, post internal & external vacancy notices, track applicants, prepare reports, maintain Hr database and records and participate in the recruitment & selection process. • Payroll processing. • Support the various benefits programs within the agency such as health, dental, vision, thrift and retirement by processing enrollments, handling inquiries and communicating with insurance carriers. • Provide basic recruitment and processing information and guidance to applicants on hiring policies and procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling applicants for processing of appointments with the HRM, submitting and tracking travel requests for applicants, researching and troubleshooting applicant processing and travel issues. • Liaise with the ministries concerned for the registration and deregistration of work and residence permit of expatriates. • Liaise with airlines for business bookings of manager and personal reservations of expatriates • Managing HR department inventories and monitoring requisition on the prolific system. • Assigned with the responsibility of counseling and facilitating staff on loan benefits provided by the Tourism Employees welfare fund. • Coordinate Health & Safety meetings, prepare and share agendas. • Chair the welfare committee and organize all welfare activities. • Coordinates with the HRDC for training reimbursements. • Other administrative duties, including filing. |
