University degree in medicine at the University of Zurich. Actually Resident in Anesthesiology in Wetzikon (Switzerland) with excellent qualifications. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is very important because it give you a basis for good practice. Patient care has to be based on evidence and has to be proven scientifically to be efficient. Describe the benefits of working with others One can share knowledge with others. It's important to learn from each other and to be critic to oneself to improve medical care continuously. It's also nice to make friends at the working place. Describe the benefits of working alone freedom (I prefer to work together) What was your worst working experience? too much administration administration in Inner medicine and not enough time to spend with patients.
