What type of job are you looking for?

Social work and a job in NGO wherein I can work for the underprivileged

Indian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English, Marathi (Mother Tongue), Hindi, German (Basic), Japanese (Advanced)

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I am looking for a job in Mauritius because of its contribution to the UNDP, its good environment, work ethics and most important for broadening my vision.

Social Research

Social research

What qualifications do you hold?

MA in Sociology Currently Studying Final Year of Law in India.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both are like the 2 sides of same coin. without formal education you cannot shape up your skills and without the skills you cannot apply your formal education. But if have to choose 1, then it is the formal education because it is through your education that you understand your potentials.

Describe the benefits of working with others

One understands the importance of team spirit, co-operation. It helps us to broaden our own outlook, we get to learn from mistakes of others and also from success of others and we always have a support system.

Describe the benefits of working alone

We tend to be more responsible for our own actions. It helps in building up our confidence.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Never seek your individual growth. aim for the growth of your organisation and you will prosper.

What unique skills do you have?

Communication skills, confidence and high commitment.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Working in UNO

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

I get to interact with many people, understand their mindsets and capture community nuances.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I really love my job and every aspect of it.
