What nationality are you? Indian What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I can speak english, hindi , malayalam fluently. My latest IELTS score was 7 What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I want to work in Mauritius because i prefer its work atmosphere which will allow you to grow both professionally and personal level. I also like the lifestyle and social and family cultures and values. What countries have you worked in? I have have got the oppertunity to work in both corporate and missionary based tertiary medical institutes in delhi,India. What countries do you have a visa to work in? None. Im an indian citizen and passport holder. What field do you currently work in? Now i am working as a staff nurse in post-operative surgical ward in St. Stephen's hospital ,Delhi. I also had experienced to work with casualty department of the same institute. In my latest post-operative and surgical ward posting,im working for about one year, where i got oppertunity to provide care to post-operative patients from all surgical speciality including General surgery, urology,neurosurgery,orthopaedics,ENT and other surgical allied branches. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked as a staff nurse in casualty and emergency department. What qualifications do you hold? Diploma in nursing (G.N.M) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both is important at its own merits.The skill without formal education is like.. A barber performing a sugery! On the other hand with skill there was no way you can provide any care to your patients other than giving a emotional support..As if water water everywhere..but no water is available for drink.. Describe the benefits of working with others There are lots and in several way.Being a health care provider i feel its a team work base task. Untill you are not a part of team, your all skill and knowledge's utility became limited. scope of improvement and learing new skill became fade. Above all we are social animal , so we are always feel comfortable to work as part of family rather being working in a isolation. Describe the benefits of working alone Probably we can understand and evaluate our own strength and weakness while working alone. May be sometime, it can make us more strong and mentally tougher to handle many hardle at both work place and all other aspect of life. For a example..when we sit for a exam, we need to apply ourself as a single individual to evaluate ourself.. What was your worst working experience? The experience of pain of a terminally ill cancer patient , who wants to die for salvation... What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important criteria for being a healthcare provider--A good human who loves, care and have true respect for people of all strata. What unique skills do you have? I know and understand my strength and limitation. I trust and respect everyone blindly , i feel its the most unique skill or bless i have. I am very truthful to my professional comitment.
