B.V.Sc. & A.H and presently doing master in Management of Livestock Production Chains in Netherlands. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? To me I feel attutude is more important than skill and formal education because unless you have positive attitude your education and skill is useless. The skill is more valuable than formal education as without skill you can not use your knowledge.
