I currently left my role as store manager to become a promotional manager for dunelm mill. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked my way up from sales assistant all the way up to store manager. What qualifications do you hold? I have a GNVQ in advanced retail. I also have a GNVQ intermediate I.C.T., and 8 GCSES. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? skills, although they are both important.
