Formal education or skills and why? i think both, together with formal education, we need skill also for example if a person work as a doctor and a patient came in a wheel chair and he must examine the person he will have to help the wardboy to bring the person in the bed ,or if we are a driver in an ambulance with the pateint there will be an old lady only with the patient so i think he must able to help his friend to put the men in the van............
