Seeking an EXPERIENCED goat dairy farm assistant in Canada Hello, I am looking to hire an assistant to work on a dairy goat farm. The farm is just getting started. You much have experience on a goat dairy farm. I am new to this so I need to hire someone knowledgeable. You need to have experience with disbudding, castration, heat detection, feeding and rationing, kidding, crop harvesting, vaccinations, hoof care, commercial milking, fencing, general barn chores and more....!!! You must be a confident, self-started and be able to take an empty farm with a vacant cow dairy, and convert the dairy and turn the farm into a successful commercial goat dairy. If you were part of a couple and your wife wanted to come later, after the farm is established that would be helpful.
