Both. Because you must possess the knowledge of the job but it is also important to have good skills. Anyone can go to school, but it takes real skills to actually perform the job.

What was your worst working experience?
I worked in a warehouse for a few years and not everyone I worked with were team players. They just looked out for themselves.

To be the best at my position, no matter what the job may be.

I am a team player and love working with people. I am a quick learner, so I feel that I will learn different cultures quickly.

Helping people find out why they are sick or in pain.
