Formal education or skills and why? Both. Because you must possess the knowledge of the job but it is also important to have good skills. Anyone can go to school, but it takes real skills to actually perform the job. Describe the benefits of working with others To be a team player and help each other out in any possible way. I worked in a warehouse for a few years and not everyone I worked with were team players. They just looked out for themselves.
