Formal education or skills and why? Both are valuable as Formal education is neccessary at the satrt of one's career because thorugh formal education he can explain ideas in a gud manner but once you are in the field you need technical skills for implementation. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with other people will help one out to because Team work has lesser chances of error or wrong implementaion.things will go almost perfect as there are a lot of ideas involved and among these the most suitable one can be adapted. What was your worst working experience? When i had to work for 2 months 12 hours as day without any day off. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
