| Answers: writ of garnishment but i have no money! help!? i received a writ of garnishment in the mail by a creditor who won a judgment against me. i live in michigan--my sister is letting me live at her house right now. i have no car, no bank account, no current job, i don't own any assets or anything. my family cant afford to help me either...what do i have to do now? what are the creditors going to do now? do i have to give information to anyone with this writ of garnishment..i am not sure what i am suppose to do with this. they can't come to my sisters house and take any of her things can they? help please. this whole thing confuses me. |
