Skill set is more important then the formal education as... A. Skill is hard to develop then to learn education B. Education may be a gateway but to get successed Skills are merely required. C. Education is basic understanding and skill is the way to do.

What was your worst working experience?
I once was leader in a team that included a person whose personal and cultural beliefs did not live with working with women, much less being in a team led by woman. See pulled things like delete slides out of group presentations that I was about to give, lied about having done work/followed certain protocols.
I am determined to work only in environments where team work is kept to a minimum and every individual must contribute for themselves.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Do not trust all and do not treat then in the same bucket.
